Starting at A each letter is assigned a number
A = 1, B = 2, ... Z = 26
=> Becky Jones
=> 2 + 5 + 3 + 11 + 25 + 10 + 15 + 14 + 5 + 19 = 109
So Becky Jones has the unique number = 109
Column one is the letter count (How many E's, B's, etc)
Column two is the letter number (Example E = 5, B = 2, etc)
Column three is the multiple of columns one and two
Then Column three is added giving the unique number for Becky Jones
